RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mydazzle.co with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product to us is the customer's responsibility. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement items back to you if approved.
